Residential Trip to Snowdonia

Staying at THE ROYAL OAK HOTEL, BETWS-Y-COED
Monday, 12th April to Friday, 16th April 2010

North Wales is possibly the last remaining large area in the British Isles not covered in our longer excursions over the years.   The itinerary has yet to be finalised but could include National Trust properties like the famous Bodnant Gardens and Plas Newydd in Anglesey;  castles such as Conwy and Penrhyn and possibly a trip on the Ffestiniog Narrow-gauge railway to Porthmadog and the Italianate village of Portmeirion.   Plus, of course, lovely scenic rides.

The hotel in Betws-y-Coed is situated in the scenic Gwydyr Forest Park, has 3 stars and offers Dinner, Bed and Breakfast for 4 nights.
COST:      £360 with £70 single supplement
